I am making a template for some various sticker sizes in photoshop. I am then saving this as a PDF to make it easier for customers to download but when it is printed from adobe PDF the sizes are smaller than they should be. For example my 30mm circular sticker when printed as a PDF is 2.5mm. How do I go about changing this so it actually prints out as the correct size? It prints fine when I print from photoshop but this is of no use for anyone without photoshop.

Thank you!

My guess would be that in Adobe acrobat the Page scaling set to Fit to printable area (the safer option in a lot of cases) instead of none. If you select Page scaling: none and your printer has 10mm margin on each side, the printed image would be missing 10mm from each side, but the image would be exactly the same size as you intended it to be. – Joonas Oct 17 '12 at 11:26
