Graphic Design Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for professional graphic designers and non-designers trying to do their own graphic design. It's 100% free, no registration required.

It's commonplace to have a default avatar for new users on a website. Is there a collection or package with these default avatars (like the default one for Facebook etc) that has more than 1?

Thank you.

Edit: There's no need to specify specifics for the design of the user avatar since I am requesting a collection of avatars, allowing me to try out different designs.

I'm sure there is, but this doesn't seem to be a design question as it stands, and so I'm voting to close as off-topic. Maybe it could be on-topic if you could describe what visual characteristics you're looking for. – e100 Feb 28 '11 at 13:11
@DKuntz2 Of course, LMGTFY links are banned... – muntoo Apr 17 '11 at 0:41
it's still a valid suggestion. – dkuntz2 Apr 17 '11 at 17:10

For a website, I would consider using a service like Gravatar, which allows you to use unique, email-hash based avatars for your new users.

In fact, you have such a avatar yourself right now because Stack Exchange uses Gravatar, and you have not registered an avatar with Gravatar, an identicon is used in it's place instead.
