Anyone out there can advise how to print black or gray scale in acrobat pro x mac version. I have tried all methods but can't seem to get it right. I have tried changing the colour management profile to gray but to no avail. My dialogue looks different from the acrobat help link. Can anyone please help ? Much appreciated.

How are you determining you aren't printing black? And printing to what printer, specifically? Where is the art created? How are you creating the PDF? Lots of information is missing from your question. – Scott Dec 22 '12 at 11:29
