It's a version of Helvetica Condensed: here's Linotype's...

Linotype Helvetica Condensed

There is a shadow effect and it looks like a TV screenshot, so the letters are not well-defined. However, it isn't Arial because the terminals are horizonal (or nearly so) and Arial's are at a greater angle; and the lower-case a is the wrong shape.

Other font manufacturers also do versions of Helvetica with slightly different proportions. This is Adobe's:
