There are either too many possible answers, or good answers would be too long for this format. Please add details to narrow the answer set or to isolate an issue that can be answered in a few paragraphs. If this question can be reworded to fit the rules in the help center, please edit the question.

Use graphic editing software.... or a pen and scanner. Downvoting this unless you edit it explaining what you're having difficulty with. – Ryan Jan 26 '14 at 22:54
Hi Yakamoko, this question was closed because it's a bit too broad for our scope. Try adding some more information, for example the things you have tried or ideas you have for making this work. Are you trying to create an image, or an animation? – Yisela Jan 27 '14 at 20:25

You draw a hand, or find a free-use one. And then you use a graphic editing software, and add where needed.

but where can I find a free-use hand? – yakamoko Jan 27 '14 at 5:05
Resource gathering is outside the scope of this forum. Do some searches and you shall find. Make sure what you use is free and have a licence that suits your need. – Benteh Jan 27 '14 at 7:01
Ok @bobet I understand – yakamoko Jan 27 '14 at 17:29
