Which icon is best for these lines “ Evolve— Execute— Exhilarate” [closed]

I am creating a websites for my client in which he wants to show his business process.

Here is what he said

Business mantra refers to the slogan we follow that is Evolve-- Execute-- Exhilarate.

i created most of the design part of the banner but now i am confuse which icon or shape is better for those three business process.

I used search icon for Evolve & lab tube icon for Execute

What you can show is a 3 people shapes first, followed by 7 people shapes and finally 7 people shapes with a flower in the center.
