I have a 3D design made in Google Sketch-up, and have been told that part of the model just won't work. That part of the model was made using the follow-me tool to create that shape all around the model, though!

Is there a way to alter a follow-me profile after it's already been applied to a shape ages back, and countless edits made to the model around it since?

I need to take an arc out of the follow-me profile, and replace it with a straight line.

Why don't we have a tag for sketchup? Even 2D artists can get utility out of it, since you can wireframe up a a complex shape in minutes and then paint over that once you see how it would look. – baudot Jan 5 '12 at 21:49
One of the topics specifically excluded by the FAQ is, "Technical questions related to 3D software." You might have success with this question on SuperUser, but it's off-topic here. – Alan Gilbertson Jan 5 '12 at 23:50
