What are the best on-line tools, software or web-apps that you can use to collaborate with your team and clients?

You could search the pm-software tag on the Project Management SE site, but I don't suggest asking such a general question there, as it's likely to be closed as a duplicate of one already asked on the site. – jmort253 Feb 19 '12 at 22:26
