Graphic Design Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for professional graphic designers and non-designers trying to do their own graphic design. It's 100% free, no registration required.

Does anyone know where I can get an Adobe Illustrator CS5 template for Google AdWords? There is one on the web through Adobe but it's the old sizes (which are off by just a couple pixels) and it's optimized for CS4.

I am also posting this in the Graphic Design Stack Exchange (wasn't sure which it really belonged in. Sorry if this is the wrong forum.)

Thanks.

You don't need a template, there is a thorough list of the required specs here: support.google.com/adwordspolicy/bin/… – Oliver G Jul 24 '12 at 10:35

@yisela I gotta say that I don't understand why it would help anyone to get a template for this. As far as I understand the template wouldn't be anything more than a document with the right dimensions. If a person is able to create an ad in illustrator, then he or she should be able to make a document with the right dimensions. I don't understand. Why this file should be created in cs5 instead of cs3, is beyond my understanding as well. – Joonas Aug 19 '12 at 7:37
Well, it doesn't matter if it's cs3 or cs5, I just hate to see a question without answers. I think I had a lapsus here. – Yisela Aug 19 '12 at 9:14

If you really wanted the investor tag you could have picked a better question :) – Scott Aug 19 '12 at 15:16
If I were going after badges my stack profile would be way more decorated. – Yisela Aug 20 '12 at 23:25

I did it for CS5...link here. Enjoy! Let me know if there's a way I can improve it.

+1 for doing the work (and doing it nicely) while scoring what might be the easiest bounty ever. – RKS Aug 21 '12 at 3:59
Hey, gotta be a bit opportunistic. I was surprised no one else went for this one! – Brendan Aug 21 '12 at 12:49
