Adjust Brush Opacity drag hotkey/shortcut? Thanks for your comments. I'll leave this question open in case anyone has any other thoughts. I wonder whether any scripting exists that addresses this? though I doubt that's part of the API, but one can always hope.. |

Is there a way to copy layers from one Photoshop document to another? Sorry Tracey, but that's actually a pretty bad practice. If you have to Rasterize a layer so that you can copy it, that means that you're destroying whatever resolution-independent vector information there was in that layer. You should really try some of the other methods listed above so you get the benefit of preserving your information. I'm sure your technique "works for you" but why not try a new (and hopefully better) way of doing things? |

How to repair InDesign document that categorically crashes the Application Thanks Alan. Unfortunately, as I mention in my original question: "The document opens, and then, the app locks up." I probably wasn't clear enough. The point is that the application crashes immediately after the file loads. There is no time to save as an IDML or do anything else. Your tip about Tom Donovan might be helpful. Thanks for the response! |

How to get dashed line in Photoshop? This is a good option IF your lines are vertical or horizontal. For curves or angled lines, this simply won't work the way the OP wants it to. |

How do I move a layer 1px Down and 1px Right? Yeah, do make sure you're at 100% zoom. Photoshop's nudge increments are based on MONITOR PIXELS at increments < 100%, so you might actually be nudging it 2px at a time if you're at, say, 50% zoom. |

Cut a complex path at an intersection in Illustrator Actually, provided you have smart guides turned on, you CAN use the first option, because when you drag the point back into place, the intersections is still there, so it will snap precisely into position. |

How good is the fonts.com webfont solution compared to the current @font-face standard? Thanks Matt. It's great to hear from an "official" source. |

How good is the fonts.com webfont solution compared to the current @font-face standard? fonts.com claims there's a JS-free version. I suppose it's nothing more than the CSS embed, pointing to the files on their servers rather than on our local server as I'm used to, right? |
