Font-face loaded on Windows look really bad. Which fonts are you using that render better? @DA01: I am a web designer, I want to design and use good typography, I cannot just ignore the fonts, I want to find out what are acceptable ones to be able to use. |

Font-face loaded on Windows look really bad. Which fonts are you using that render better? Your post make me doubt. I checked my settings, and I did remembered that when I was installing the OS Vista, I reduced to minimum all the effect to improve performance. And guess what? Cleartype was disable. I am such a stupid person, sorry for the incovenience. Now fonts look much much better, definitely readable. So know my question is more: from which OS Cleartype is not installed on windows? |

What is Minimalism in Graphic Design? Koiyu It would be great if you would give an explanation, because otherwise I would write something about Less is more. |

What is Minimalism in Graphic Design? +1 I agree the quotation of Antoine de Saint-Exupe, but at the same time -1 because I believe that "Less is more" , so no voting :D |

How to choose the right color to get the wanted effect in web design? @Jichao: I wanted that you know more about RGB and CYMK, because the addition of all the colour of RGB it make a white color, while the addition of CYMK make a Black colour. So you know that when you having #FF defined in your code, you are going to lighter colors. |

Are Macs preferable to PCs for handling graphics software? @Jaips: Interesting articles, even so looking at the results on pc (without questioning the how) font just looks ugly. For this reason I say that I prefer mac as font rendering, and with font-face it is really a freedom in web design about Typography. |

Are Macs preferable to PCs for handling graphics software? @Ghoppe: I just talk about my experience with the software I found more easy to hack something on windows than on osx. I am not a programmer, and I do not use console commands too much or studied any language. I tried to make some script after hours I couldn't do a simple cut and place of files with applescript (move a file from a folder to another folder) but it feels that you have to be an expert programmer more than using windows. |

Font-face loaded on Windows look really bad. Which fonts are you using that render better? No it is not the same, Hinting doesn't solve the issue. I am already using the solution published on the web about the Font-Face that Fontsquirell is using. What I am looking it is: even if is not rendered well some font, which one looks decent enough to use on the pc? and on which font size? I am looking for a list of safe font at safe size. A kind of "best practice" reference. |

Is it possible to modify a rounded rectangle's radius in Photoshop? That already would be different for me, it is a bigger problem. I am ok if you guys think that it is relevant. I do not want to argue. To me there is no much overthinking, sometimes doing the monkey job it is quicker |

Are there examples of software that use a dark colour scheme? If you check the question I said "to a software design", and if you read the question it is exactly the difference that I am making because the client do not want a web design. |
