comment Hero Banner - Responsive Design
I think the underlying problem with this answer is oversimplification. You're asserting various opinions as if they were fact without any evidence. There is no reason for a person to be less talented at coding because they're already talented at design. It's just not true.

comment What image type and resolution is ideal for a logo inside of a Android Mobile Application?
The ideal and future-proof option is Vector Drawables. They only work on the latest devices at the moment, though one or two years is likely to change that.

comment How to make a bulged hexagon in Adobe Illustrator?
I believe that's referred to as a hexagon in the bible of shapes.

comment Is it essential to type “WWW” when our design contains URL, or is it a matter of taste by now?
I wonder this myself quite often. I think it depends at least in part on the familiarity of the domain extension. For example, it's quite obvious that burger.com is a website, whereas burger.biz is much more uncertain to me (could be a poorly chosen brand name).

comment How do I save svg FROM a website code?
As user says, just paste it into a text editor and add .svg to the end of the name when you save it. Depending on your OS settings, it may still add the wrong extension like logo.svg.txt. If it does that just rename it directly (not resaving) and remove the incorrect extension (.txt). Essentially, it should open correctly if the full file name ends with .svg.

comment Cleaning up line art with choppy edges
@Liam if I recall correctly, you could rent Photoshop for roughly £10 a month until you no longer need it. I actually answered without seeing the gimp tag and there's no point removing it after the fact. The advice about the shapes is useful for all software anyway.

comment What can symbolize both beauty and relaxation?
Aren't you leaving out the search/find aspect? If it's a service for finding beauty and relaxation places, isn't finding one of the primary aspects to be communicated?

comment SVG optimization practices when drawing in Illustrator
I don't know if it works with animated SVGs, but SVGOMG is awesome for SVG optimisation.

comment What should be done with genuine vehicle registration plates in a photograph?
This was my first idea on paper but in practice it's not that easy to do well with awkward images. Depending on the budget this may or may not be the best option. For me, with a small budget, it wasn't viable, but perhaps for a large hero image that was also photographed well it would be much more viable.

Changing a letter is a pretty good option I think. Not too time-consuming, and does the job. The only problem is it might be more difficult at some angles. Also, as James Keuning pointed out, vehicles are usually sold with their license plates in the UK.

comment What should be done with genuine vehicle registration plates in a photograph?
Upvoted as a decent US specific option, but UK plates are quite different and leaving them blank would result in an empty white or yellow rectangle. I did try it at the time of posting this, and it didn't look very good (stood out too much).
