Nigh on a decade of UI production, UX design, front-end coding and a dash of development, mixed with an incredibly short fuse when it comes to bad user experiences.
I'm ridiculously passionate about solving issues. If I see stuff that doesn't work, I'll throw myself at it like a well-syrupped pancake thrown at a window of opportunity. THAT's how much I love sticky situations. And crummy analogies.
My super-power, if any, is that I have a pretty deep understanding of web development. I know how MVC's M should really be split up further, I'm looking at Node.js and Socket.io to give a go at building a JS-based multiplayer game, and have plenty of experience setting up, maintaining and customising multi-site Drupal instances.
For an experienced designer, I wish I had more experience with the client side. It's one of the most fun aspects of the job, but I've somehow ended up in a lot of roles where I'm just pushing the buttons for others.
