@Charles Stewart: Why would you need such information? I don't think there's anything that would set things apart so dramatically between different layout design software that you could tell for certain. It's usually easier to tell when some designer has done their job because of their particular design/layout approach.

@e100: As you stated yourself: fractions... Isn't it better to express something in whole numbers than fractions? Isn't it better to say 10mm than 0.01m?
