I have nearly 19 years in business - specifically IT and Telecommunications. However, other than front end web and back end database design, I am very new to being a software developer and I'm starting my learning process by diving straight into .NET MVC using C#. This may be a strange way to begin, but my company JoyaTech Solutions is the creator of the soon to be open-sourced JoyaCMS that is built on this stack and I'm jumping in because I want to fully contribute.
