comment How can I make an arrow thicker and save it for mobile usage in illustrator?
Expand it and then manually adjust your curves

comment Unpaid internships: are they worth it?
Not if you expect it to stay open. There's a reason it has two close votes. You can take offense or you can edit your question, I'm only trying to help you. It's your decision. As it stands all you've asked is "I'm looking for suggestions" which is not sufficient here. Here's our FAQ for more information: graphicdesign.stackexchange.com/tour

comment Unpaid internships: are they worth it?
Did the duplicate answer your question? We have a couple other similar questions too you can search for and see if any of those other ones help. Edit your question stating a specific question that isn't answered in the other one. Describing their company or how they selected you isn't really a relevant question we can help you with.

comment Unpaid internships: are they worth it?
Have a look at that duplicate, if it doesn't answer your questions than you'll need to edit to be more specific (state why it doesn't answer your question). A big part of the decision IN MY OPINION needs to be financial, are they for-profit or charity, and will someone actually be mentoring you.

comment How do I make changes to an existing gradient in illustrator?
Uh what? Select the object with the gradient fill, open the gradient window? What's the issue?

comment Why does Photoshop outputs such huge PDFs?
Why it occurs is answered in the question you linked. How to fix it ... is barely on topic as its less about design and more about file size which is generally viewed as tech support by the community. If you have the entire Creative Cloud you'll want to make it in InDesign not Photoshop.

comment design on apple.com — how to transition from one photo (color) to another?
This answer is pretty good, just to add to it. The key is also finding images with empty space at the top / bottom. Roads, grass, sky, ocean, etc... Things that are predominately one color.

comment How do I create an outline around a raster image?
To be fair, the person never said the best quality. @Scott

comment Can anybody think of a name for this weird business
Naming a company has nothing to do with graphic design. Branding CAN have something to do with graphic design, if we were talking about logo or color schemes for example... we are not. If you read our graphicdesign.stackexchange.com/tour you'll see this site is about precise Questions with precise Answers. Brainstorming names for your business is outside of that scope. I'd suggest joining a Facebook or G+ group for surfers and asking them, you'll get a much better response that way from your target market.

comment How to stop pathfinder in illustrator cc from automatically editing / rounding shapes
There's no reason I'm aware of for that to occur. If the original shape is merged the O should be going more into the B and D. Something else is going on that's unable to be determined from the info you've provided. Have you tried Unite instead? It's probably the better command in this usage anyways - though the results should be identical.

comment PHOTOSHOP CC trouble with FILTERS and TRANFORM
Without you providing us with actual details we have no way to help you. There are lots of reasons this could occur from locked layers to color profiles to shape layers to all sorts of things.

comment Illustrator CC - Creating an object mosaic but ignore transparent pixels?
In both of them I increased the size... namely because I just dropped your zoomed in screenshot into photoshop, cropped around it real quick, then pasted that into illustrator. @Winter

Sure thing you can also use the Image Trace feature, I just edited to show you. But it's not quite as crisp, might work for you though and would be even faster. @Winter

comment How do I horizontally distribute text with equal spacing?
How are you doing the horizontal distribution because it should work. Are your words in a bounding box? If so that might be the issue

comment My Photoshop brushes are stripped of their gradation
The other thing I'd check, especially since you were working with tiffs recently, is the color mode. Tifs are frequently in Index which would cause what you're seeing.

comment Invoice design, not printing to edge of page
Is the grey printing to the edge? As @Scott said this is probably your printer, it takes a fairly nice printer to be able to do borderless (full bleed) printing.

comment Do most web designers make their own textures?
This doesn't address most of the question and seems to be a spam ad for your product. If so, you need to disclaim that information.
