comment How can I convert my raster design to vector for print?
hmm.. not the case here @DA01. Type may get outlined but those are vector outlines. In fact - single Photoshop doc with 1 type layer... I can't save a PDF where the type is rasterized. Note: you can't open PDFs with Photoshop to check, you have to use Illustrator. Photoshop automatically rasterizes everything if you open a PDF with it (unless it's a Photoshop PDF with editing capabilities ON.)

Photoshop simply inherently includes vector data if it is present in the document. There's no specific setting for it. Similar to saving a PDF with Illustrator, there's nothing specific which details the type of data being written to the PDF - it's all in the document itself.

comment How to have full bleed between two facing pages Indesign
I, personally, wouldn't use facing pages for spiral or comb binding, but that's more my preference than anything else.

Those bleeds look correct. Color changes at the gutter (trim) on the inside. So, the opposite color will start at the trim mark. This is how facing pages work. What you are "seeking" shows a single page layout, not facing pages.

Of note as Matt mentions in the comments, you can't use Photoshop for this. You must have a vector application - Illustrator, Xara, Sketch, CorelDraw, Inkscape, etc.

You can set up a new facing page master for that combination of pages. You can apply one master page to another master page. Then the pages will look correct in the layout and altering Master A will change Master C.

ONLY if the original Photoshop content was vector to begin with.

PDFs can be vector but PDFs are not inherently vector Please see the discussion link above. You are simply wrong here.
