What hardware do I need to work with very large 300dpi illustrator files? Illustrator isn't multi-core aware. 12 cores mean nothing to Illustrator. |

What hardware do I need to work with very large 300dpi illustrator files? Are you absolutely certain you need 300ppi for a file that size? Most large format images are not 300ppi. |

How do I create a button with two shadows in the bottom? @Bala I'm aware of that. But Photoshop is not the best option in many instances given the advanced of CSS3. If you don't need IE8 support, as Johannes points out, CSS3 shadows will render much faster and load less kb than any image. |

If I draw something with a brush then use Live Paint, how do I get rid of the brush stokes? @supertrue It's merely a screen grab movie (there are a lot of apps to make movies of your screen) then used Photoshop CS6 extended to open the movie and Save For Web as GIF. |

If I draw something with a brush then use Live Paint, how do I get rid of the brush stokes? If you've expanded the Live Paint group, and are using the Direct Selection tool to click the black, it should absolutely not delete the green. |

How to create new image from a group of layers of the exact size as the biggest layer extends? (Cropping in photoshop) ermmm.... "I want to crop something out of the picture without losing or gaining pixels." makes no sense. The definition of crop is to remove pixels. Tried duplicating group to a new document then using Image > Trim > Transparent pixels? |

What real advantages do web templates such as Bootstrap or HTML5 boilerplate have for a designer? .. and that's why I asked. I don't work in a large development environment. I suspect my opinions would be different if I did. |
