How to give sharp edges to a shape in Illustrator How did you get the "wonky" edges to begin with? |

What's the difference between 72ppi and 300ppi? PPI is not DPI. And there is no direct pixel-for-pixel correlation between two different ppi settings. The total number of pixels does not remain unchanged. |

How to lock the position and size of a text-frame in InDesign CS6? And all a user needs to do go back to the preferences and uncheck that option to edit what you are trying to prevent them from editing. In addition, that preference won't travel with the document. It's an app pref, not a doc pref. |

What's the difference between 72ppi and 300ppi? @IdealDesigns the TV "720" or "1080" or "480" refer to the width of the image being broadcast. The larger the image, the better the picture appears. It has NOTHING to do with ppi. |

How would one recognize a /this font? (pictures for the specific font included) Hard to tell what's going on in those characters given the small size. |

Exporting PDF from Adobe Illustrator without aliasing I don't believe so. View settings are system independent and never saved with the actual document. |

Which colours should be chosen to match a metro theme and be easily readable? I don't see anything inherently wrong with that color scheme. It's just one color and grey... it's pretty hard to go wrong with that combination as long as there is enough contrast. |

Which colours should be chosen to match a metro theme and be easily readable? I don't really understand how blue, grey, white and black can "look horrible to everyone else." Who is this "everyone"? :) |

How to revive an old children's book? This is what I was eluding to. Quick and dirty, you could use levels in Photoshop and the paint/repair bad areas. The optimum way would be to recreate the art in a vector application. |

Color filling the interior region of a traced bitmap @Francesco unfortunately, responses such as that often means they simply do not have a vector version of the logo. That's not entirely uncommon anymore. |

How to revive an old children's book? What the purpose? Personal? Professional? I ask because there are ways to improve appearance of the images you have, then there are ways to really solve issues permanently and correctly. The latter would take considerably more effort than the former. |

Multiple views in illustrator You really don't need the bounding box for anything. If you need to scale via dragging just tap the e key to select the Free Transform Tool. |

align text to curve but keep vertical orientation of letters Type on a path set to skew in Illustrator will maintain verticals. All Illustrator envelopes will alter verticals. Even custom envelopes can be difficult to maintain verticals. Type on a path (In Illustrator not Photoshop) is actually a better starting point for this type of thing. |

align text to curve but keep vertical orientation of letters Well.. Ai is always better for this sort of thing since you can create outlines and move pieces. I'd not ever try this with Photoshop... but it's tagged Photoshop. I wrote a long paragraph in my answers about illustrator.. perhaps I should add it back. :) |

My Screenshoots are “too light” for printing Can you define (or have production define) what "bleed on printing" means? As it is, it makes no sense. |

Is there a way to make photoshop CS6 work with touchscreens monitors? Would you ask how to sharpen a pencil? How to configure a NAS device? Tools are tools, they aren't design. Using touch with Photoshop has absolutely nothing to do with design. Of course, this is merely my opinion. |

Is there a way to make photoshop CS6 work with touchscreens monitors? Not really design related at all. |

Is there anything that can read, import or convert CMYK SVG? Well I've got nothing here which is pulling the color. |
