comment Hero Banner - Responsive Design
Responsive design tends to be minimalist because a) it gained popularity while flat design is/was in fashion, b) it's much, much easier that way and c) it tends to be implemented by UX-oriented design teams which err towards minimalism (every flourish or decorative element needs to be able to prove its objective utility). In theory, you could have a design that was both perfectly responsive, and highly decorated/complex... but you'd be swimming against the tides of fashion, technology and the decision-making processes of most responsive design teams, for little benefit. +1

comment Looking for a font with decorative descenders
I'd be surprised, because "modern, clean" and "decorative" tend to not go together, but it's possible. Can you add some examples of the sort of decorative descenders you are looking for - either a sketch or an example from another font? In particular are you looking for them on caps, lowercase or both?

comment Is there an autosave feature in Adobe Illustrator?
While this is useful, there are a few issues with it: 1) the "pause" you set applies to everything in your Actions palette. It's per illustrator session, so it might also forget what you set it to next time you start Illustrator. 2) Once it starts, it applies to whatever Illustrator file is in focus. You can't apply the action to one file but not another, and only files in focus will autosave. 3) If you set an autosave folder, that becomes the default save folder for the file.

I'd guess they're professionally-made games made by teams that include one or more professional game designers. So the answer, depending on how you look at it, would be "spending money" or "years of experience, practice and/or training".

comment Why does Illustrator add zeeros in all units?
What are your language settings? Maybe you have it set to a language that uses , as a decimal point, Adobe forgot about these languages in some update, and now illustrator is storing the number as 12,00 (twelve point zero localised) when saving it, changing that to 12 00 because some adobe engineer told one part of the system to always ignore commas in numbers, and then reads that as 1200... Adobe are pretty terrible with international stuff (for example), so this seems like the kind of mistake they'd make.

comment An error in printed book is my fault: what do I do?
Good answer, just one thing to add: in future, to avoid ambiguity, add something explicitly stating this to all contracts - something like "there will be up to X revisions, revisions beyond the Xth will be charged except where it is correcting a mistake, after all revisions there will be a checking period of X days for spotting mistakes, any mistakes not flagged during this checking period are the client's responsibility". And always have a contract, even (especially) for small projects or with family/friends.

comment What would be the best adobe product for creating wedding stationery?
A good place to start is What are the different applications in Adobe Creative Suite for?. But the short answer is, if you're designing for print, don't a raster (pixel-based) design program like photoshop, use something vector based like Illustrator and InDesign and turn to Photoshop when you need to work with photos.

+1 @Alex they're also sometimes called "network graphs", "node diagrams" and "node-link diagrams". D3 has some great features for creating force-directed graphs, and is an open source library that a coder can use to create them. Example: bl.ocks.org/mbostock/4062045
