How to batch resize a group of images by area? I'm not opposed to command line tools if I can figure out the commands for them.. the fit image solution looks like the best compromise of results and speed for sure tho! |

Is there any way of applying a gradient overlay over a color overlay in photoshop? thanks.. that'll do it. i've used the fill 0 trick for outlines before.. a bit irritating to have to do that but all ya can do is all ya can do ;) |

Add exact color to texture the average color. I've been able to achieve the desired effect on several combinations by putting the texture overtop, changing the blending mode to luminosity and then adding a brightness adjustment layer to the texture and sliding it until it appears to be the same overall brightness as the original colour. THe problem with the ones in the example is that the brightness difference is so great I can't get it to match while still keeping the texture |
