comment Can I work with EPS files in Photoshop?
1) EPS is primarily a vector format, so when a vectorization application saves its output in an EPS file, it's a pretty safe bet to assume it's all vector (a bitmap image may be included for preview purposes…). You can test it by opening the EPS in a vector editing app (Illustrator, Inkscape). 2) By opening/importing a vector file in Photoshop, you convert all vector graphics into pixel graphics (rasterise)… Exporting the Photoshop document as EPS or PDF can't magically reverse this because the vector data itself has never made it into the Photoshop document in the first place.
