“Serifs improve fast, easy readability for long text” - myth or truth? The original poster asked if serifs increased readability. My point is that since dyslexic fonts use visual cues and weight to assist dyslexics (successfully, one would assume), then there is a case for subtle visual cues improving readability, and I don't see it as a great leap to assume that serifs would perform a similar function. |
