What does “Ratio Of Headline to Body Font Size” mean I always end up being happy with the way I layout my typography in a layout but it doesn't feel like I have my own rules, just hours of playing with it. I am trying to learn few rules so that I can break them or come up with my set set of rules. like when starting a design. None of them are the same, but I do have my own base (resets and so on). With typography I feel I have nothing have nothing - Thats why I thought there might me a logical starting point with type, and then most definitely break away from it / or build on top of it, but a solid base for typography |

What does “Ratio Of Headline to Body Font Size” mean Thanks Ryan, I am not good with typography, and I am trying to find a "hook" to help me reproduce a pleasing type. But then I took that calculation and applied it to my favourite sites and it did not work. That's why I was hoping that I misunderstood it :) Thanks for your clarification |

is there a way to ad hyperlinks in a illustrator document? my question was: now that I added my links using mac (or some pdf program) and if I give the file to you to open on your pc, would the links work. So the links I add from my pdf program, should they work no mater what pdf program you use |

Given a color scheme, how do I apply to website design? I dont think there is one. For example, if I had to add those color to that website, I would not have arranged them in that way. For example the way they used the colors here lavishbootstrap.com/?image_url=http://design-seeds.com/palettes/… is horrible in my opinion, though the color are very nice but - in my opinion - badly arranged. So you jus have to play with colors. I dont think there is a mechanic way - if there is I would recommend you play with your designs and dont use it! |
