comment Can someone Help me Identify this Font?
Yep, it's a custom font. If anything - you can use Lexia or Foro Medium as a base.

comment Digitize notepad to PDF (ebook) while preserving typography
As I said - transparent text on top of scanned page in PDF. I just look for some semi-automated solution that wouldn't force me to sit on every page in illustrator.

I can do that in illustrator - just image with transparent text on top of it. And I've seen E-book done like that some time ago, so it certainly is possible. Re-read my question please, I'm not asking if it is possible or how to make custom font.

comment Handwriting font that at random picks characters?
Yep. Other than that - I don't know any font format that would support randomization of characters.

comment Suitable font for headline to go with Verdana as body copy (dark design)?
1) just type in your CSS sans-serif - that will cover all angles. 2) avoid using font size defined in pixels - use percentage or em (stackexchange uses font size defined as 100%) 3) 15px is quite a huge font for a body text on website, it will be exhausting to read, especially if you have a lot of text. I wouldn't recommend going over 14px equivalent.

comment Animating 3 minute countdown timer in Photoshop
Yes, that's pretty much the only way you can achieve that effect in Photoshop. Sorry if you expected any automation.
