Jul 18, 2018 at 17:59 | comment | added | Tetsujin | Late thought... are you specifying a special colour, or hoping they can get it from CMYK?... many people can't afford a 5 or 6-colour press [most offset litho machines are 4-colour only] & hope they can get a match in CMYK. The machine op will try his best, but it can depend on how the ink runs off on the rest of the sheet. 4-colour matching is part art, part science. | |
