Aug 13, 2021 at 5:32 comment added Cody Gray I definitely think you should use a more dynamic pose for the sugar glider, one where it is actually gliding. This would also help solve the recognition problem (which I, too, had when initially seeing the image). Sugar gliders are not an animal you think of every day, no matter which part of the world you live in. But a stylized animal that is clearly gliding through the air? That works as a logo whether people think it's a sugar glider, a flying squirrel, or whatever else.
Aug 13, 2021 at 1:06 comment added Scott MapGlider.. NOT poking fun at your work. Not at all. I think the work is good and looks clean and professional. It's more the concept I was commenting on in my answer. We're merely having a little friendly banter, that's all. I really don't want you to be offended by these comments.

Aug 12, 2021 at 20:50 comment added Wolff I see a ferret holding a tiny steering wheel. I think the critique is fair. When using a specific animal it has to be spot on.
Aug 12, 2021 at 19:52 comment added Scott But @ZachSaucier without the type, would you still? :) I see a squirrel eating a Ritz cracker. :)
Aug 12, 2021 at 19:48 comment added Zach Saucier FWIW, I do clearly see the pin in the current logo above.
Aug 12, 2021 at 18:48 comment added pbasdf I've been composing an answer in my head, but have just found you've said it all, and more, and better.
