Flatten and copy artboard to clipboard in Illustrator (like screenshot)

In GIMP there is a feature called Copy Visible. It flattens and copies all visible layers to the clipboard. It is very useful as it cuts out the time it takes to first export images

Right now I'm taking screenshots of Illustrator instead, then navigatebut have to put extra care to properly crop them, then copy.

Does Illustrator have such a feature like "Copy Visible"? My search queries yielded nothing.
