May 17, 2013 at 18:15 | comment | added | Scott | Yes, With the Pen Tool active, Option-clicking a Bezier handle simply moves the clicked handle if it's a corner anchor, or converts the anchor to a corner anchor if it is a smooth anchor, and then moves the clicked handle. Corner anchors can have handles. The handles simply don't move symmetrically. | |

However - and this isn't me questioning you so much as I'm just trying to undertand - are you certain that option-clicking the end of a bezier line will convert the anchor to a corner anchor? It seems to just move the clicked handle. Also, I fully understand your explanation, but I'm not sure it entirely accounts for why when I option-clicked the handle of the bottom anchor, the entire bezier line adjusted? Sorry if I'm just being obtuse, but seemed buggy to me. | |
