Just go to a pdfPDF on windows explorerWindows Explorer and choose default program: ilustratorIllustrator. Then when you double click in photoshopPhotoshop in a vector smart object will open in ilustratorIllustrator rather in photoshopthan Photoshop. I just find this myself and fix it.
