I want to design a website. I get

I've got some imageimages with different ww*h.

For example, we have lots of pictures at 800h. for example we have lots of picture with 800600 or 1024600768 or 1024something else.

In our website we have some restricted frame like 270768160 or sth else. In our website we have some restricted frame like 270512160 or 512*900900. weWe want to scale or resize the main pictures in restricted frame size. 

How we can do this with Photoshop or any web design tools to resize imageimages without stretching or, destroying, or cropping the main images to properly fit into frame size, ?
