Aug 9, 2015 at 11:41 comment added Claudio I've made a lot of PowerPoint presentations, some of which have been quite advanced, including animated effects etc. which were hard for even me to edit afterwards. I don't think it's possible to convert PSD to PowerPoint directly, but I bet there are people that can do that on e.g Fiverr. As long as the presentation is not too advanced with all the animations overlapping etc., your customer should be able to edit it without screwing it up.

You can use Photoshop elements saved as transparent PNG and provide them as an extra to customize their own Powerpoint. Most Office users have no issues with Powerpoint and the office suite is also cheaper/easier for them than the Adobe subscription: graphicdesign.stackexchange.com/questions/57669/…
