We have 'New Work' which is where ALL jobs go. Then they are divided out into PRINTING & PROOFS (what I manage) & PRODUCTION/ INSTALLS which work the boys do for the day. The proofs have a job ticket with a rough idea of what the customer wants, I do the layout and put it on the front desk, it then gets emailed off tothe client. I then get the proof back from the 'NEW WORK' Clipboard another day. The lady at front desk notes changes on proof so I don't deal directly withcustomer 95% of time | |
