Oct 24, 2015 at 7:59 comment added go-junta Hey max, you can keep the fullstack keyword and add "javascript" before the word "programming" if it makes sense. And maybe not mention the high school thing, people could think you're inexperienced or just out of school (even if it's true.) Like you could simply write something like "I'm a freelancer with a strong passion for X, Y, Z" and inject more good keywords/search terms this way.
Oct 24, 2015 at 6:10 comment added Max I added a contact form style. Stolen from somewhere... Might update it to be simpler than what it already is.

Oct 24, 2015 at 5:31 comment added Max I'm totally fine with three jobs. It's nice to control the whole application, because then you know every part of it :D
Oct 24, 2015 at 5:29 comment added DA01 @Scott I assumed the OP is applying as a full-stack developer, in which case that would be a very particular title people would be looking for. (That said, full-stack job descriptions are often code for "We want to hire one person to do 3 person's job")
Oct 24, 2015 at 5:24 comment added Max I'm debating on changing it to JavaScript web developer or Back end web developer However, if they don't know what fullstack is, they won't know what back end is...
Oct 24, 2015 at 5:16 comment added Max Good point if you're applying through HR.
Oct 24, 2015 at 5:15 comment added Scott Be aware that "fullstack" means absolutely nothing to 90% (or more) of clients you may encounter. It's jargon and very, very confusing to anyone who is not actually a developer/designer themselves.

Oct 24, 2015 at 4:52 comment added go-junta I think overall you did a very good job, it looks nice, it's clean and simple, and I guess you're not done on the tweaking. The only thing that bothers me a bit is the space between the title and your main black text/body on the blog. I think you could add double the spacing you have now below the titles. You could also make that body text a bit smaller (on the blog, for example) but keep the same line-height or similar. It will be more light and aerated. Colors are great! Nice portfolio elements by the way! I like the simplicity of the homepage too. Nice fonts.
Oct 24, 2015 at 4:49 comment added Max because they're placeholders. I'll just link them to the project page of whatever it will be.
Oct 24, 2015 at 4:45 comment added maxwell why don't any of your portfolio links work?
