But there are exceptions to copyright expiry - in particular one I can think of is the character Peter Pan whose author, long dead, gifted the copyright to a famous children's hospital in London. They pursue the copyright rigorously, and threaten to sue anyone using anything about Pet Pan without permission. So perhaps you should employ a lawyer. | |
