I am having an odd problem.

I am playing with transparency masks and I guess I must've added the same mask to an object twice.

When I release the mask, the object looks just the same.

Even weirder is, I can remove color form the object, copy it as just a piece of vector, readd color, and the transparency mask is still intact.

There must be an obvious way to remove this second layer of mask, or create an identical vector without those textures?

Thank you.

EDIT: Just noticed that it does change slightly, the two transparency textures are just at the exact same spot. It is a little more transparent before I release the mask.

  • Welcome, BBoxAgency. could you send the file for analysis? – LeoNas Nov 28 at 12:17

@LeoNas please do not request for files. If the question can't be answered without having to dig into someone's files or computer then it's probably off-topic here. – Luciano Nov 28 at 13:44
  • @Luciano, we can do it at blender.stackexchange.com. I thought we could do it here too. – LeoNas Nov 28 at 15:19
  • So I take it it's not a common issue. Should I send files or not? – BBoxAgency Nov 29 at 13:15
