Hi. Welcome to GDSE. It would be appreciated if you could tell us what you have tried, or what has failed. For example: have you tried to make a selection of the grey part, and then either erasing it or filling it with white? – Billy Kerr Jan 13 at 12:29

Right click on the Eraser tool and select the Magic Eraser.

Click once or more times on the area you want to remove.

If the area becomes transparent (white and gray checkered) fill it with the desired color using the Paint Bucket tool.

Use Pen Tool Ctrl + P or Magic Wand Tool Ctrl + W

Adding to what @Kurt said, can you also elaborate further and not just state "use ABC tool". As it is, your answer can barely be seen as a comment. – WELZ Jan 14 at 2:18
  • Welcome to Graphic Design Stack Exchange - nice to have you here - please look around a bit and get acquainted tour. We tend to prefer answers How to Answer which don't require a sequence of clarifications from the asker and refinements from the answerer - help center not only is this more useful to this asker, we try to keep in mind the idea that all of this ends up searchable and may in the end be a simple answer to some future asker - this is also why we tend to avoid links, by the way. – GerardFalla Jan 14 at 17:59
