My website's logo is a custom font I made. It's a relatively stylized font. I'm rendering the logo (and other display items on my website) by using the font in CSS, so someone can easily grab the font.

Can I still copyright or trademark my logo, even though it is just a font?

Depends on what laws you follow. Copying the font is mostly covered by copyright of software. – joojaa Jan 16 at 15:31
  • I think more to the point is you copyright the font, then being the owner of that copyright, you can then copyright a logo as well. – Scott Jan 16 at 19:56
