How can I convert the following svg to a path that will fit in a 0 0 32 32 viewbox? I have others to convert, so if someone can explain how to do it with inkscape or some other tool, I would appreciate it.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>

<style type="text/css">
