Edited an image and put-in gray color text. When the same file was opened on another machine, the color appears as RED. I did the editing on a trial version of illustrator and saved it as a xx.ai file. When the same image was opened in a licensed version, the same text appears in Red. Please help in identifying the problem.

  • barely i think it's .ai file issue and mostly i think it's maybe cuz different display types! can you please check doing cross process i.e make shape from 2nd computer and view it in first pc. then does it shows red?? – Mr.Online May 14 '19 at 10:31
  • Are you sure on the first machine the color was grey and not actually red but file was in separation mode or something? – SZCZERZO KŁY May 14 '19 at 10:38
  • Thank you both. @Phoenix: I checked cross process, in the second computer when i make it Grey, it is viewed as grey in the first computer. But vice-versa it displays in Red color. – Senthil May 14 '19 at 11:51
  • @KLY: Yes I am very sure the color was grey and not red, we checked that. – Senthil May 14 '19 at 11:55
