Please download the original PDF. As you can see beneath, 'Convert colors' didn't remove the background of (C, M, Y, K) = (100, 25, 0, 50).
Not only did 'Map spot and process colors' fail to remove the background of (C, M, Y, K) = (100, 25, 0, 50), it deleted the text in that color that it oughtn't have!
