It feels very familiar but I can't find a similar one. Looks like Tahoma, Book Antiqua, Bookman Old Style. I think it is included in Microsoft fonts. I already tried fontsquirrel, myfonts, whatfontis, fontspace. I also tried a manual search on dafont but no luck there either.

The characters above are d, o, 11, c, 4

    It looks like some kind of "monospace" font. In My Fonts, search using that term. – Billy Kerr Oct 11 '19 at 11:03
