I want to 3D-print an object I created in Cinema4D. For this I have to split it up into different parts so that the printing-space doens't get exceeded. Because I may want to change up some things in the future I decided to do the splitting-up in a different file and that I'm only splitting a xRef instance of my model.

But unlike if you do the splitting (applying a boole) in the same file, here the newly created holes aren't getting filled. How can I make them get filled even if it's an xRef?

The triangular-like holes arround the round holes should be closed
