I'm helping a designer try out different patterns digitally and for this I'm using Adobe Illustrator. The designer has sent me scans of the patterns they want and I replicated them on AI. In case the colours aren't accurate, I want to give them the option of using the actual scans they've sent on the outline of their sketches.
I've made the outline of their sketches using the pen tool and was wondering if its possible to fill the path with a scanned image? I can probably do this in Photoshop but I was wondering if its possible on AI.
