Long shot, but if anyone in the internet knows the answer to this question, it's this forum...

Looking for an 80s book (or potentially older), a sort of font catalog. It was white, large format (approximately A4?), and had a picture of a red apple on the cover.

Any help tracking this down would be appreciated ☺️

This sounds like the Mecanorma catalogue.

That particular edition was apparently published in 1978.
