Zoom-in and then while drawing shape zoom-out
How can I zoom-out when zoomed-in at a certain percentage, while drawing a shape. That means after I've clicked on the canvas, and start drawing, but have not released the mouse. Thanks.

Adobe Illustrator Zoom around selected, not to screen centre?
Command (Cntrl) and = gives zoom in, in Adobe Illustrator.
Is there a way to set it so that it zooms to the selected object rather than the centre of the screen?

When zoomed-in in Photoshop how do you scroll to out of canvas?
Lets say I am zoomed in, 500%, and I want to go beyond the edge, right edge, and when I try to drag it using the hand tool it doesn't work and the scrollbar doesn't work.
