I am looking for a list of SVG or PNG images of the human body for this purpose: display a silhouette of the body in the browser, and highlight different parts or organs dynamically.

I suppose I would need a set of (preferably) vectorized anatomical images, although they can be simple.

Does anyone know of such a set that exists? Wikipedia has an extensive set of anatomy SVGs, but I would not be able to highlight different organs or parts dynamically, because there are no source files with layers I can manipulate.
